shocking developments in anglo-franco lexicon!

well i mostly seem to talk about french and snow ... yep ... so here's more of it ... i was quite shocked to discover today that "mmhhmmm" has no translation into french ... you know that up-and-downy sound you make in place of the words "i don't know" as you shrug your shoulders ... how could something so naturally simple and obvious not translate!!! the stupid wheather has been bouncing about between plus something and minus something ... so instead of making snow or rain ... it makes craploads of ice!
